Video Context processes videos in two modes: local mode (no cloud upload) and cloud fallback mode where media is uploaded only when the user provides explicit consent in the prompt.

Data We Process

• Account data: email, org id, subscription plan, API key metadata.
• Cloud job data: upload file bytes during processing, timeline output, warnings, billing counters.
• Audit and billing data: usage events, timestamp, key id, and job hash for quota tracking.

Consent Requirement

Cloud fallback is opt-in per request. The plugin sends media to cloud only when prompt text includes explicit consent language.

Retention Defaults

• Uploaded media bytes: deleted within 15 minutes after job completion or failure.
• Derived timeline and analysis payload: not retained by default.
• Billing and audit usage logs: retained for 30 days.

Processors

• OpenAI-compatible provider for cloud fallback analysis.
• Stripe for subscription billing and invoicing.

Security Controls

• API key hashing at rest.
• Rate limits and idempotency controls.
• Access-scoped key revocation.
